Our solicitors Paul Clark and Sarah Bushell are experienced solicitors and have both been awarded TEP status by STEP. STEP is the leading global professional association for legal practitioners who specialise in this area of law. Full STEP members, known as TEPs, are internationally recognised as experts in their field, with proven qualifications and experience.

Paul is a member of the Law Society Private Client Section advisory committee.

Simon Heapy is a highly respected solicitor and has previously been named in Chambers and Partners as a leading individual in Court of Protection work.

We strongly believe in the importance of local community and we are actively engaged in supporting local groups in the local area such as Beartown Rickshaw and Congleton Tennis Club.

We are committed to supporting our environment by limiting the environmental impact of our business. This is why we made the decision to become a ‘paper light’ office. Our correspondence is recorded electronically and we do not take paper copies for physical files. We do not even use paper notepads, instead we write directly into our computerised notepads.

Although we are required to keep paper versions of certain documents such as Wills, LPAs and Trust deeds, we limit our paper usage wherever possible and we have significantly reduced our environmental footprint. We consider ourselves to be ethical solicitors and we often work with financial advisors who can offer ethical investments which do not contribute to environmental damage such as deforestation.
