Solicitor
Natasha Yelland is a solicitor with a particular interest in advising vulnerable and elderly clients. She has completed a Masters in Legal Practice with a focus on testamentary capacity. She is an affiliate member of STEP and is ranked as an Associate to Watch in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2026.
Natasha was also a Finalist for the Rising Star (Legal) Award at the STEP Private Client Awards 2025 and was shortlisted for the One to Watch Practitioner of the Year Award at the British Wills and Probate Awards 2025.
Natasha has worked in the legal profession for over four years with a specific focus on private client matters. She studied law at the University of Derby before completing a Masters in Legal Practice, with a focus on testamentary capacity.
Natasha is an associate member of STEP and is currently studying for the STEP diploma as she works towards full membership. She is a Dementia Friend with the Alzheimer’s Society and has a particular interest in supporting clients who may require additional care, understanding and reassurance.
She is valued by clients for her professionalism, clarity and approachable manner. She is trusted to advise on sensitive family matters and is known for taking the time to understand complex personal circumstances.
Natasha grew up in Newcastle under Lyme and now lives in Alsager where she is renovating her property with her boyfriend. She enjoys going out to restaurants in her spare time and has an interest in music and tries to regularly attend concerts and shows.
