Our size ensures that you are at the centre of everything we do. We are great believers in taking time to listen to you and understand your legal problems. We offer a no charge initial meeting during which you can explain your legal problems and ask any questions you may have without any time pressure. In an ever connected world, privacy is increasingly important and we guarantee you absolute confidentiality in all your dealings with us.

“My dealings with this firm have revealed them to be wholly professional , knowledgeable and above all tremendously kind and empathetic.”

We are modern lawyers with traditional values. We strongly believe in providing the highest level of service and client care. One of the ways we do this is by giving our advice in plain English and avoiding legal jargon wherever possible.

We are more than just solicitors, we are trusted advisers to whom you can turn for support. We always strive to achieve the best result for our clients.

We often work with other professionals to provide integrated advice which is far more effective than visiting differently professionals separately.

We believe that great communication is the foundation of a good relationship. This is why you will be given the direct dial number of your solicitor so you can contact them directly rather than having to go through receptionists or ‘gatekeepers’.

We understand that your time is precious. We will come to visit you at home or your office at a time to suit you. If you prefer you can meet us at our office in Congleton, Cheshire or online via Microsoft Teams. We will handle your matters with care and sensitivity as we navigate you through the legal landscape.

As a specialist legal practice, we focus solely on providing legal advice to individuals and families. Congleton Tennis Club

No Tier Snooker Society

We have been shortlisted in the Outstanding collaborative working – Charities category at the Twilight Awards for our work with East Cheshire Hospice.

We are committed to supporting our environment by limiting the environmental impact of our business. This is why we made the decision to become a ‘paper light’ office. Our correspondence is recorded electronically and we do not take paper copies for physical files. We avoid using paper notepads wherever possible and instead take notes electronically.

Although we are required to keep paper versions of certain documents such as Wills, LPAs and Trust deeds, we limit our paper usage wherever possible and we have significantly reduced our environmental footprint. We consider ourselves to be ethical solicitors and we often work with financial advisors who can offer ethical investments which do not contribute to environmental damage such as deforestation.
