We are a specialist legal practice, committed to providing the highest quality legal advice delivered in plain English. We act as trusted advisors to individuals, families, executors and attorneys from Cheshire and Greater Manchester to Europe and beyond. We offer a full range of private client services as well as specialist areas such as cross border estate planning, advising professionals, advising business owners and vulnerable people.
We offer a personal approach and provide legal advice in plain English. Our size ensures that you are at the centre of everything we do and enables us to take the time to get to know you and understand your concerns.
We are a team of five solicitors led by Paul ClarkTEP and Becky Spall. Paul is a member of the Law Society Private Client Section advisory committee and a full member of STEP. He has been shortlisted for the Private Client Practitioner of the Year Award at the British Wills and Probate Awards 2025. Becky is the practice manager and responsible for ensuring the practice runs smoothly.
They are joined by solicitors Natasha Yelland, Melissa Howman and Simon Heapy. Natasha has been nominated as a finalist for Rising Star at the STEP Awards 2025 and has also been shortlisted for the One to Watch Practitioner of the Year Award at the British Wills and Probate Awards 2025. Melissa Howman is an experienced solicitor with 6 years PQE. Simon Heapy is a Court of Protection specialist and co-author of the Dictionary of the Court of Protection 2025.
