Our approach

When creating lifetime trusts, we work with a financial advisor to ensure that your financial plan will not be adversely affected by placing funds into trust. It also allows us to create a financial plan for the trust and manage future tax issues. By using our expertise, we keep it as straightforward for you as possible.

We can meet you at home, our office in Congleton, your office or any other location to suit you. We also offer meetings by online video (such as Zoom, Skype and Teams) or by telephone.

What is a trust?

In their simplest form, trusts are gifts with conditions attached. A trust can be set up by a Will or during a person’s lifetime. They can provide a very flexible way of wealth planning and can provide an element of protection for the beneficiaries. Common trusts in include asset protection trusts, life interest trusts, discretionary trusts and disabled persons trusts.
