Statutory Declarations and Oaths
Statutory Declarations are required if a person needs to formally declare facts in writing. For example, they are often used to verify identity, changes of name and other important matters. They are legally binding and must be witnessed (declared) in front of an appropriate person such as a solicitor.

Types of Declarations
