Congleton Beer Festival 2026: A Brilliant Weekend at Congleton Golf Club
We were delighted to support Congleton Beer Festival, which took place at Congleton Golf Club on Friday 12 and Saturday 13 June 2026. The festival was held across three sessions and brought together local people for a weekend of great beer, live music, good food and a genuinely friendly atmosphere
A fantastic community event in the heart of Congleton
Three festival sessions, 17 beers and a warm welcome
One of the things that made the festival so appealing was its simple, friendly format. Visitors could choose from different sessions across the two days, each offering the opportunity to sample a selection of beers from four outstanding local breweries. The line-up showcased a wide variety of styles, from crisp pale ales to rich stouts and bold IPAs.
The Friday evening session proved especially popular and had already sold out in advance, highlighting the strong interest in the event. With limited capacity in each session, the festival clearly struck a chord with people looking for a relaxed and sociable community event in Congleton.
Live music, great food and a friendly atmosphere
Alongside the beer, the festival programme included live entertainment and food throughout the event. Marshal Beard performed on the Friday evening and Saturday evening sessions, while Beartown Ukes entertained guests on Saturday afternoon. This added to the welcoming atmosphere and helped make the festival such an enjoyable event.
Supporting The Joshua Tree
Bringing people together for a good cause
Congleton Beer Festival was not only a chance for people to enjoy a great local event, but also an opportunity to support a worthwhile cause. The festival was held in support of The Captains’ Charity and The Joshua Tree, a charity that supports families affected by childhood cancers. Congleton Golf Club will support the charity throughout the year.
Why community events like this matter
At Spall Clark Solicitors, supporting the local community is important to us and we regularly support local organisations and charities.
Events such as Congleton Beer Festival show the very best of our town: local people coming together, local venues opening their doors, and community-focused fundraising helping important charities continue their work. Those connections matter, and we were pleased to support an event that reflected that spirit so strongly.
Backing local events that make a difference
Supporting local events is an important part of how we stay connected to the community around us. Whether through charitable initiatives, arts events or wider community activities, we believe these opportunities help strengthen local relationships and make Congleton an even better place to live and work.
Sponsoring 'Magic Mike'
We sponsored a beer called ‘Magic Mike’, a fruity IPA from Beartown Brewery. It was so popular it sold out early on. Other beers enjoyed during the day included Beartown’s Wojtek and Inception.
Thank you to everyone who helped make it happen
We would like to thank everyone involved in organising Congleton Beer Festival, as well as everyone who attended across the weekend. From the organisers and performers to the visitors who bought tickets and supported the event, it was clear that a lot of time and effort went into making the festival such a success.
We were proud to support the event and to be part of a weekend that celebrated local breweries, local hospitality and a very worthwhile cause. It was a pleasure to play a small part in such a positive community occasion.
