Melissa is a Solicitor at Spall Clark Solicitors. Melissa has worked in the legal profession for over 11 years and has specialised predominantly in Private Client over the past 5 years. Melissa also has experience in other areas of practice including Litigation, Employment Law and Landlord and Tenant.
Melissa studied for her Law degree at the University of Liverpool before going on to complete her LPC part time at the University of Law (Chester) whilst also training to become a Solicitor. Melissa is an accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly known as Solicitors for the Elderly) which is an independent, national organisation of lawyers from across the UK who provide specialist legal advice for people planning for the future. She is also an affiliate member of STEP and is working towards becoming a full member in the near future. Melissa is a Dementia Friend with the Alzheimer’s Society.
Melissa has a particular interest in helping clients to navigate the probate process following the death of a loved one. Melissa recognises the emotional challenges families often face during such difficult times which is evident in her sensitive approach to client care.
Melissa grew up in Weaverham (Cheshire) and now lives in Winsford with her husband, children and two dogs Gizmo and Meeko.
