Plain English Advice

We appreciate that legal advice can be daunting for even the most experienced person. This is why we provide our advice in plain English, free of legal jargon. There are times when our documents need to use legal language to achieve the result you want. This is why we also provide plain English versions of all our legal documents.

Our expertise

As a specialist private client practice, we focus solely on this area of law. Paul Clark has over 10 years of experience in practising solely in this area. As well as being a qualified solicitor, Paul has been awarded TEP status by STEP and has an advanced qualification in cross border estates.

STEP is the leading global professional association for legal practitioners who specialise in this area of law. Full STEP members, known as TEPs, are internationally recognised as experts in their field, with proven qualifications and experience. For a solicitor to call themselves a TEP they must first prove to the board of STEP that they have sufficient expertise and experience. This often involves completing a two year diploma and meeting the minimum requirement of years of experience.
