Commercial Solicitor Max Tebbitts joins the team at Spall Clark Solicitors to provide specialist legal advice to business owners
We are delighted to announce that experienced corporate and commercial solicitor Max Tebbitts has joined our team of experienced lawyers.
Expertise
Max has extensive experience of advising business clients throughout Cheshire, where he has worked for many years. He has experience working in most business sectors and is familiar with a huge variety of commercial situations including disputes.
Max has had a successful legal career helping individuals and businesses thrive by taking advantage of opportunities, whether that involves drafting a contract for distribution or supply, working in collaboration with another company, resolving a dispute or exiting the business with a successful sale.
How Max can help business owners
Max can provide advice to clients on a wide range of matters including (but not limited to) business sales, drafting and reviewing contracts, shareholder and partnership agreements, franchises alongside resolving disputes.
Regarding his new role at the firm, Max says:

Outside of work
Max had a brush with the law early on in his career when he played the part of a murderer in a play by Anthony Shaffer. However, since then he has kept to the path of staying on the right side of the law. He still likes to take a hard-hitting approach and to continue having a powerful impact, he regularly trains in karate and holds a black belt.
